Aaliyah “Aal,” has been working with our team since 2019. Starting as just a front desk receptionist, then advancing her way to Assistant Manager. Her drive and dedication to Ocean Motion have added significant value to our team and company over the years.
Bernard Sr. “Pepe,” a cornerstone of our team, has been with Ocean Motion since the doors opened. Starting as our main and only Captain and Tour Guide at the time, he later transitioned to leading our Monkey River and Sunset Tours, a more relaxed role for him. But if you are lucky, you might still find him on a snorkeling tour. Bernard’s hard work, dedication, and commitment have been outstanding and are greatly appreciated. He’s one of our longest-standing members.
Shamir “Sham,” a long-standing member of our team since 2014, has truly made his mark. Starting as a front desk worker, then eventually advancing his way as the Supervisor, and transitioned into an inland driver and tour guide. Need some history on our inland sites? Shamir’s your go-to guy! His hard work, passion, and dedication have been incredible and are highly valued!
Bernard Jr., “Sonny, like a sunny day,” is another long-standing member of our team. Joined us in 2012 and has been working as a Boat Captain and Tour Guide ever since. Need some information about the sea or islands? Sonny’s your guy! His friendly personality earned him his nickname “Sonny, like a sunny day.” He’s one of our dedicated, passionate, and hardworking guide. Book your tour today and meet Sonny!
Meet Brett, “Brett is just Brett,” one of our dedicated deckhands! You will be lucky to have him on your tour, as he juggles school with part-time work. Brett joined our team in 2024, assisting our crew and guests on the boats with his friendly smile and some “great” jokes.
Shadene “Shads,” who joined us in 2021, has been a valuable member of our team. Working as a front desk receptionist, her friendly demeanor and organizational skills have made her an asset to our daily operations.
